We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Underground Services. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models for underground electrical, water and drainage infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Model underground systems
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Structural, ICT, Fire Protection, and Utility teams.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Resolve underground utility conflicts and maintain clash-free models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
- Support the project team in meeting submission deadlines.
- Maintain model quality and perform regular quality checks.

- Installation Drawings
- Sections and Detail
- As-Built Models
- Quantity Take-Offs (QTO)
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of BIM Modeling experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
- Explicit communication and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit (Essential)
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
