Job Description – Digital Marketing & Creative Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Creative Operations Manager who has strong knowledge of both digital marketing and graphic designing, along with proven experience in managing and coordinating a creative/marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be able to oversee day-to-day marketing and creative activities, manage team deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and as per brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the Digital Marketing and Creative team.

* Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid campaigns, content, and other digital channels.

* Oversee the creation of social media creatives, graphics, promotional materials, and digital content.

* Review and ensure the quality and consistency of designs and marketing content.

* Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

* Coordinate with clients/internal teams to understand requirements and manage project timelines.





* Track digital marketing performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, design, and content trends.

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Creative Operations, or a similar role.

* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing

* Valuable knowledge of Graphic Designing and design principles

* Experience managing or leading a team of designers/marketers

* Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.

* Knowledge of Meta Ads/Google Ads will be an added advantage.

* Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can understand marketing requirements, guide the creative team, review designs, manage campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of projects
