Job Description

Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities for hiring fresh graduates.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and career offices.

Coordinate with colleges for campus drives, job fairs, virtual hiring events, and placement activities.

Source and screen candidates through campus placements, university networks, job portals, and other channels.

Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, selection processes, and offer rollouts.

Work closely with internal hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

Ensure smooth candidate communication and onboarding coordination.

Travel to colleges/universities for recruitment drives whenever required.
