Business Analyst | Post BA

AppZoro Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst with a Post-Bachelor's qualification (Post BA) and 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our project delivery team.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with clients and internal development teams. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, documenting them clearly, coordinating with developers, testing deliverables, managing client feedback, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling

- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Conduct requirement discussions, meetings, and regular project updates.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients.
- Understand client concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is communicated to the development team.
- Keep clients updated about project progress, issues, and deliverables.

Requirement Analysis

- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
- Understand business processes and translate them into clear project requirements.
- Ask relevant questions to identify gaps, dependencies, and potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed requirements, user stories, task descriptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure developers have a transparent understanding of what needs to be built.
- Track changes in requirements and communicate their impact on the project.





Developer Coordination

- Coordinate with developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate requirements and clarify development-related questions.
- Track assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Follow up on pending tasks and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve issues and requirement gaps.
- Ensure development work remains aligned with client expectations.

Testing & Quality Checks

- Test developed features against approved requirements.
- Perform functional testing of websites, applications, and new features.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
- Document and communicate issues clearly to developers.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
- Conduct final checks before presenting deliverables to clients.

Project Delivery

- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.
- Track project progress, milestones, priorities, and deadlines.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues proactively.
- Ensure completed work meets the agreed requirements.
- Support demos, client reviews, feedback cycles, and final delivery.

Requirements





- Post BA / Post-Bachelor's qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Good command of professional English.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with software/web/mobile development projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with project management or task management tools.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, frontend/backend development, and basic technical concepts.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, or process flows.
- Experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
