Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Audit Intern role based in Nagpur. The intern will assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments under the guidance of senior team members, including reviewing financial records, processes, and controls. Typical tasks include supporting the preparation of audit working papers and reports, performing data analysis, and helping identify control gaps and process improvements. The role involves coordinating with client personnel to obtain information, documenting findings clearly,



and contributing to recommendations that enhance compliance and operational efficiency. The intern will also support ad hoc audit-related projects and maintain accurate records in line with firm policies and professional standards.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Finance and basic accounting principles appropriate for an internal audit environment
- Ability to contribute to Financial Audits and preparation of Audit Reports with attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and assessing risks
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members, and documenting audit findings clearly
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software; familiarity with audit tools is an advantage
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial information
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-based environment
