Job Title: IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer (IID & BAW)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPEL / IBM Integration Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application integration and SOA-based architectures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing business process solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).

The candidate should also have exposure to enterprise modernization programs, especially involving Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-led integration, and middleware transformation initiatives. Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience





- Solid experience in IBM BPEL development and SOA-based integration architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- IBM Integration Designer (IID)
- IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
- IBM ACE / IIB
- Strong expertise in:
- SOAP and REST APIs
- XML, XSD, WSDL
- Business process orchestration and mediation flows
- Experience with enterprise messaging technologies such as:
- IBM MQ
- Kafka
- Exposure to modernization and transformation programs involving:
- Legacy modernization
- Hybrid integration
- Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
