Refresco Coffee is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, building systems, solving operational challenges, and driving business growth. The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across functions
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing teams
- Drive business growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships
- Support operational planning, process improvement, and execution management
- Collaborate with leadership teams to scale systems and business workflows
- Monitor business performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure accountability, coordination, and execution across teams

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in Operations Management, Business Development, or a similar cross-functional role
- Background in FMCG, Beverage, D2C, or Consumer Brands preferred




- Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and ownership mindset with a bias for execution
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across teams and stakeholders
- Sharp problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work across multiple functions with flexibility and accountability
- Growth mindset and willingness to take initiative without being asked

Nice to have

- MBA or equivalent business qualification
- Prior experience scaling operations in a D2C or F&B; brand
- Familiarity with supply chain management, logistics, or trade channel development
