We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Device Management professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting SAP ISU Device Management solutions, contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support SAP ISU Device Management solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management processes.
- Perform system configuration and testing for device management functionalities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ISU Device Management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in device management.

Must :

- Hands on experience and subject matter experts on SAP ISU Device Management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for managing day to day ISU DM operations and troubleshooting and ability to provide workarounds while RCA is in process




- Understanding on SAP batch jobs and scheduling
- familiarity with SAP ISU DM integration with ither SAP modules and external systems
- Identify and propose process improvements
- collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure business goals and operations are met
- Effective communication
- Strong Incident management process exposure or awareness

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-8 years of experience in SAP ISU Device Management.
- Strong understanding of utility processes and device management functionalities within SAP.
- Experience with configuration and customization of SAP ISU modules.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP for reporting and enhancements related to device management.
- Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools related to device management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Robust communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
