- Work closely with Kohler Kitchen & Bath Codes & Standards team to participate in NPD, ensuring sample delivery to test labs, preparing product information for submission to certification agencies, product registration and reporting.
- Work with the listed certifiers and publishers to obtain necessary certifications - IAPMO, UL, CSA, NSF, ASME, and ASSE
- Work with relevant government agencies such as EPA, US DOE, CEC, EPA FIFRA, Massachusetts Plumbing Product registration, etc. and report obligations.
- Work on Material related Compliances such as RoHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS, Prop 65.
- Work on US Drinking Water Standards such as NSF 42, NSF 53, NSF 58, NSF 61
- Work on Electrical Standards such as IEC 60335-1. Prepare technical files to obtain CE Marking.
- Support various Global Kitchen and Bath product approvals including flow rate/consumption, material and other health and safety requirements




- Prepare documentation and drawings for recent and continuous product compliance
- Manage ME/SSA/India regions with work related to PO & payment tasks like making PO, assuring payments for lab/agencies are on time, maintaining payment trackers etc.
- Support NPI project teams with technical guidance, ensuring timely availability of samples and required information.
- Prepare and manage product documentation, including specification sheets and technical inspection reports.
- Track and contribute to evolving standards and regulations to sustain product innovation and compliance.
- Review concessions and engineering changes for approval implications, acting as the certification signatory where required.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure cohesive and proactive approvals management.
