About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Associate to own our digital presence end to end. You'll run our Instagram, launch and manage Meta ad campaigns for our lead generation, keep our Wix website updated and search-friendly, and turn listings into content that actually gets buyers and sellers to reach out.

What you'll do

- Plan, create, and publish Instagram content (Reels, Stories, carousels) showcasing listings, sold properties, client stories, and market insights
- Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and lead-form optimization
- Maintain and update our Wix website: current listings, landing pages, blog posts, and design tweaks
- Apply SEO fundamentals across the site — on-page optimization, keywords, meta descriptions, Google Business Profile
- Track performance across channels and report monthly on reach, engagement, leads generated, and cost per lead
- Coordinate with agents to gather property photos, videos,



and client testimonials

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running social media for a brand (real estate or property experience is a plus, not a must)
- Proven experience launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns you should be able to walk us through a campaign you've run and what you changed based on results
- Working knowledge of Wix (or a comparable builder) and basic on-page SEO
- Strong eye for visual content; comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone
- Self-directed — you can run a weekly content calendar without being chased

Nice to have

- Canva or basic design skills
- Wix or website creation skills
- Experience with real estate lead-gen (portals, open house promotion, listing launches)
- Basic analytics fluency (Meta Ads Manager reporting, Google Search Console)
