Responsibilities:

- Craft compelling and customized proposals on Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and write proposals accordingly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure proposals are submitted within specified deadlines, meeting high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to address queries and provide additional information as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a BDE with a track record of successfully securing projects.
- Solid command of written English with exceptional grammar and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a related field for Experienced candidates.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to write proposals to client needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
