- 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components.
- Experience with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and frontend state management.
- Solid knowledge of Core Java, Java 8/11/17+, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Write unit, integration, and frontend tests using tools such as JUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and development teams.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Use Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or other cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
