We are looking for an energetic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our pathology and diagnostic services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals, while increasing awareness and utilization of our laboratory testing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
- Promote pathology and diagnostic laboratory services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Explain available laboratory tests, sample collection services, and reporting processes.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Identify potential clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with laboratory, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Participate in healthcare events, medical camps, conferences, and promotional activities when required.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Medical/Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, pathology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Valuable knowledge of common pathology and diagnostic tests will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling for client visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
