SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager – Communications to manage client

relationships and coordinate communication, PR, digital, and media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong

communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a remote

work environment.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Management, or

a related field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Good understanding of PR, corporate communications, digital media, and content.

Robust presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for client

communication. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution. - Develop and





execute communication, PR, media, and digital campaigns. - Coordinate with content, creative, PR, social media, and

digital teams. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. - Conduct regular client calls and

meetings. - Prepare presentations, reports, campaign updates, and communication plans. - Handle client feedback,

escalations, and ensure timely resolution. - Identify opportunities for account growth and business development. -

Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with clients. - Stay updated with communication, PR, media,

and digital industry trends.
