Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global supply chain planning initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment. The focus is on SAP Supply Chain with integrations to third-party planning systems, supporting end-to-end demand and operational planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP supply chain planning projects, ensuring seamless integration with other planning tools
- Manage stakeholders across internal IT, business, and third-party vendors
- Oversee project phases from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality
- Support decision-making, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Facilitate solid cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as PM for SAP Supply Chain projects in large/global enterprises
- Solid understanding of demand and operational planning processes
- Experience with SAP integrations to external planning tools
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry (GxP)

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with OMP or similar planning platforms
