The Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager - Media Sales to lead net-new logo acquisition across India.

This is a pure hunter role focused on building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will be the first dedicated closer, working directly with the founders and cross-functional teams.

This role offers high ownership, robust visibility, and performance-led upside.

You will report to Co-founder and Head of Sales Aakriti Bhargava.

What You Will Do

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure

- Build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage consistently





- Identify and target mid-market accounts (Corp Comms, PR Heads, CMOs)

- Lead insight-driven discovery conversations to uncover real business pain

- Deliver sharp, ROI-focused demos and proposals tailored to each prospect

- Independently handle commercial negotiations (with leadership support for key deals)

- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (pipeline tracking, deal stages, forecasting)

- Provide market feedback on objections, pricing, and buyer behavior

- Own and deliver against annual revenue targets for new business acquisition

- Consistently build and maintain 4–6x pipeline coverage

- Drive predictable ARR growth through disciplined pipeline management

- Contribute to scaling revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment
