Summary:
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining UI/UX based applications and components for the automotive marketing platform.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies such as HTML, CSS and Familiarity with mobile UI/UX patterns. Angular, NodeJSASP.NET, C#.
- Exposure to AI LLM's or any AI Tools
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements.
- Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's objectives, business requirements, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments.
- Prepare and dispense work assignments, provide guidance, and/or review the work of other team members.
- Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
- Provide in-depth and deep technical specialty and knowledge to the team.
- Develop components based on business and/or application requirements
- Create unit tests in accordance with team policies & procedures
- Assist in the creation of functional tests in cooperation with the QA team
- Update/create Knowledge Base Articles and case studies as necessary. Assist in the creation and improvement of Knowledge Management
Qualifications
- Front End Developer with UI/UX skills of 1 -3 years' experience required
- B.E/B. Tech in Computer Science or related field/MCA/MTech (No correspondence courses)
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle, various development methodologies, and able to independently participate in each phase.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at a high-level to meet the service levels associated with critically important solutions.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to anticipate and avoid problems.
- Ability to work well within a team environment that includes geographically distributed team members.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and implement tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to design and build flexible and extensible systems with focus on code reuse and generation.
- Experience with writing detailed technical specifications for developers; design, validate and implement software test plans.
- Robust proficiency in
HTML5, including semantic HTML, DOM manipulation, forms, and event handling
- Solid knowledge of
CSS3, including responsive layouts, Flexbox, Grid, animations, mixins, and
BEM methodology
- Strong experience with
responsive web design (RWD) and
mobile-first development
- Hands-on experience with
Tailwind CSS (v3/v4) and utility-first CSS practices
- Experience with
Alpine.js for lightweight, reactive, and interactive UI behavior
- Strong understanding of
JavaScript / TypeScript, ES6+, asynchronous programming, and modern frontend development practices
- Good understanding of
web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of
frontend performance optimization, including page-load performance, asset optimization, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals
- Familiarity with
Git/GitHub and modern frontend development workflows
- Familiarity with
mobile UI/UX patterns, touch interactions, and mobile-first interface design
- Working knowledge of
Figma and
Photoshop, including design handoff, asset extraction, responsive implementation, and translating designs into production-ready UI
- Understanding of
frontend component architecture, reusable UI components, and maintainable CSS/JavaScript
- Added advantage: Experience integrating
REST APIs, handling JSON data, and working with authentication and API-driven interfaces
- Added advantage: Experience with
Angular and
.NET, particularly when working with API driven applications
