We are hiring German-speaking professionals with C1-level certification for a voice-based process. This
is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career

• Handle voice-based interactions in German with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and
professional communication.
• Support day-to-day functions within the assigned role.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards as per process guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




• Document interactions and maintain accurate records as required. Required Skills & Qualifications
• German Language Certification: C1 Level (Mandatory) — No Exceptions.
• Prior experience in a voice process is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joiners only.
