Job Summary We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Male/Female Property Consultants to join our team in Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating property leads through social media, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the team in converting leads into successful deals. Key Responsibilities
Generate quality property leads through social media platforms.
Handle incoming leads and communicate with prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Provide complete support to the client during the sales process and help in closing leads/deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Occasionally visit property sites or field locations for property-related knowledge and client requirements.
Maintain customer and lead data in Excel.




Coordinate with the internal team for smooth lead conversion.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Social Media is compulsory.
Must know how to generate leads through social media platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Gujarati, Hindi & English – all three languages are mandatory.
Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
Valid driving licence is compulsory.
Candidates should be comfortable with occasional field visits. Education Any Graduate / 12th Pass / Any Educational Qualification Experience Fresher to 1 Year Freshers can apply, provided they have strong social media knowledge and valuable communication skills.
