We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Lead -Non IT to join our team.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in relevant fields.

Location: Mumbai Suburban, India

Salary Range - INR 40,000-45000 Max

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of recruiters, set performance KPIs, manage workloads, and optimize capacity to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Drive hiring initiatives across India, Singapore, and Malaysia, focusing on diverse Non-IT functions across the Manufacturing, Finance, BPO/KPO, and Pharma/Healthcare sectors.
- Channel & Compliance Management: Utilize headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals, while managing cross-border hiring norms and visa requirements for the APAC region.





- Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal hiring managers and business clients to deliver talent market insights and salary benchmarking data.

Key Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in Singapore and Malaysia hiring alongside the domestic Indian market.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise across Manufacturing, Finance, BPO, and Pharma sectors.
- Solid team management, global sourcing, and advanced LinkedIn recruitment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/Post-Graduation in HR is a plus).
- Proximity to the Western Suburbs of Mumbai or willingness to commute to Charkop.
