We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven SAP FICO Lead to spearhead our finance transformation initiatives. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling processes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, capable of bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in relevant fields.

JD:

- Minimum 8+ years of total experience in SAP FICO with hands-on configuration, implementation, and solution ownership .





- Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, CO-PA, Material Ledger).

- Must have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations, with a strong understanding of Universal Journal and embedded analytics .

- Robust experience integrating FICO with MM, SD, PP, and external systems (IDOCs, APIs, Bank Interfaces) .

- Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and mentor a team. Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships
