Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Tele-Fundraising Specialist to drive our organization's financial growth through direct donor engagement. This role is pivotal in expanding our supporter base by articulating our mission and securing essential contributions for ongoing initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the primary voice of the organization, fostering meaningful connections with individual donors while consistently meeting aggressive fundraising goals through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities

- Execute outbound calling campaigns to engage both prospective and current individual donors, effectively conveying the organization's impact and funding requirements.

- Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with donors, ensuring timely follow-ups on pledges to encourage recurring support.

- Monitor and meet specific daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates from initial contact to final donation.





- Manage accurate donor records and call logs within the CRM or spreadsheet systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all financial and personal data.

- Assist in the execution of broader fundraising campaigns by providing timely updates to supporters through various communication channels as needed.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Exceptional verbal communication abilities in both Hindi and English, with a proven track record of persuasive and confident speaking.

- A results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle rejection and maintain high performance under pressure.

- Solid active listening skills combined with high emotional intelligence to navigate donor interactions with empathy and professionalism.

- Proficiency in basic digital tools, including Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and standard calling applications.
