Overview We are looking for an experienced Network Lead Administrator L3 with strong expertise in enterprise network operations data center environments and advanced troubleshooting The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing configuring and resolving complex network issues across multiple technologies and platforms Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN WAN and Data Center environments Perform L3level troubleshooting for complex network issues and ensure high availability Configure implement and maintain network devices across Cisco and Aruba platforms Handle incident management root cause analysis RCA and performance optimization Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and vendors for issue resolution and network enhancements Technical Skills Required Core Networking Robust expertise in Routing Switching R S Handson experience with LAN WAN and Data Center networks Experience in configuration and troubleshooting across Cisco and Aruba OEMs Wireless Networking Experience in WLC and Access Point AP implementation configuration and troubleshooting Exposure to Cisco Aruba or Juniper wireless infrastructure SDWAN Handson experience in deployment configuration and troubleshooting of SDWAN solutions Experience with any of the following Cisco Palo Alto HPE Versa VeloCloud Fortinet Network Security Experience working with F5 LTM GTM Palo Alto Firewalls Understanding of network security policies traffic management and access control Advanced Niche Technologies At least one required Cisco ACI VMware NSX SDN SDA Cisco DNAC Certifications CCNP Enterprise Mandatory Preferred HPE Aruba Certification Good to have Key Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in highpressure enterprise environments
