Floor Supervisor

Purpose of the Role

To supervise floor security operations, ensuring guest and staff safety, enforcing house rules, and managing crowd control and conflict situations on the gaming/entertainment floor, while leading a team of Security Guards/Bouncers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise floor security personnel (Bouncers/Security Guards) across assigned areas, ensuring adequate coverage and alertness.
- Monitor the gaming floor, bar, and entertainment areas to identify and pre-empt potential disturbances, altercations, or unruly behavior.
- Physically intervene and de-escalate conflicts, altercations, or disruptive guest behavior in a calm, controlled, and professional manner.
- Enforce house rules, dress code, age restrictions, and responsible gaming/alcohol service guidelines.
- Identify and manage intoxicated, aggressive, or banned guests, escorting them off premises as per SOP when necessary.
- Coordinate crowd control during peak hours, events, or emergencies to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Liaise closely with Surveillance and Security Control Room for real-time monitoring and incident coordination.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, or distress calls, directing the security team accordingly.
- Maintain accurate incident reports, occurrence logs, and shift handover documentation.
- Train, guide, and evaluate Bouncers/Security Guards on conflict management, physical intervention protocols, and guest handling.




- Coordinate with local law enforcement/authorities as required, under management guidance.
- Maintain grooming, discipline, alertness, and professional conduct standards at all times.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass/Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in security/bouncer roles (ex-servicemen, martial arts/self-defense background, or security agency experience) strongly preferred.
- Physically fit, strong build, and capable of managing physical intervention safely and effectively.
- Age as per applicable state gaming/security regulations.
- Basic English/Hindi communication skills; calm and assertive demeanor.
- Valid security license/PSARA certification as per local regulations, where applicable.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), as casino operations are 24x7.
- Physically demanding role involving extended standing, patrolling, and direct physical intervention when required.
- Work in a high-security, camera-monitored setting; regular exposure to high-pressure and confrontational situations.
