We are looking for an exceptional AI-Led Business Automation & MIS Manager to join The Retail Jeweller, a 21-year-old leading Media & Events organisation serving India’s Jewellery Industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Mumbai- Kurla

Work Model: Remote / Work From Home

The role is designed as a remote position with 1 day per week from our Mumbai office after the initial transformation phase.

However, during the first two months, the candidate will need to work closely with the management team and spend significant time in the office to understand our business, systems, people, processes, data and digital transformation vision.

This is important because you will not simply be maintaining an existing MIS.

You will be building the MIS and AI-led management architecture of the organisation.

YOUR MISSION

Build the Business Intelligence & Management Information System that becomes the nerve centre of The Retail Jeweller.

You will work across 6 major divisions and 40+ potential internal users, creating dashboards, automated workflows, data models, analytics and AI-led decision-making systems.

YOU WILL WORK ACROSS

1️⃣ MEDIA SALES

- Sales pipeline & target dashboards
- Client, product and revenue analytics
- Sales productivity and conversion tracking




- Forecasting and performance MIS

2️⃣ EVENTS, DELEGATE & AWARDS SALES

- Lead → conversion → revenue dashboards
- Event-wise performance tracking
- Exhibitor / delegate / awards participation analytics
- Sales forecasting and productivity MIS

3️⃣ BRAND MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION

- Lead generation dashboards
- Campaign performance
- Lead quality and conversion analytics
- ROI tracking across Media, Events & Special Projects
- AI-led lead scoring and analysis

4️⃣ EDITORIAL & STUDIO

- Content planning and production MIS
- Print & digital publishing workflows
- Editorial productivity
- Content performance analytics
- AI-led content and workflow automation

5️⃣ FINANCE, ADMIN & HR

- Management MIS
- Revenue / expense / collection dashboards
- Process automation
- HR and productivity analytics
- Data quality and reporting systems

6️⃣ MANAGEMENT

Build the CEO / MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD that gives leadership a real-time view of:

AI IS A MUST

We are not looking for someone who only knows Excel and Power BI.

We want someone who understands how to combine:

AI + BI + Automation + Data + Business Intelligence

You should be excited about using AI tools to automate repetitive processes, identify patterns, generate insights,



improve forecasting and build intelligent management systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business requirements into data-driven management tools

• Design and maintain data marts and data models

• Build interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and AI-enabled BI tools

• Standardise and automate business processes

• Establish data validation, quality and integrity systems

• Build automated weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS

• Create management dashboards and business scorecards

• Develop AI-led analytical models and decision-support tools

• Monitor data flows across departments

• Identify correlations, trends, opportunities and bottlenecks

• Build the bridge between traditional MIS, BI, analytics and AI

• Work directly with business heads and senior management

• Continuously identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's / Master's degree in:

Engineering | Computer Science | Statistics | Econometrics | Data Science | AI | Business Analytics

Strong practical experience in MIS, BI, data modelling, dashboards and business analytics is essential.

Power BI experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of data warehousing, query design, SAP BDC / Datasphere or similar platforms would be an advantage — but is not mandatory.
