We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in marketing, customer communication, tele-support, and business development.

The candidate will support the marketing team in customer interactions, follow-ups, lead generation, and day-to-day marketing activities.

Job Location : Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain products/services to customers and address basic queries.

- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.

- Support the marketing team in lead generation and customer engagement activities.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups.

- Assist in promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and marketing targets.





- Perform other marketing and tele-support activities as assigned by the team.

Skills & Qualifications

- Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
