Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, statistical modeling, Python, R, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing, scaling, and deploying data science solutions that solve complex business problems.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, end-to-end ownership of ML solutions, and the ability to communicate and present technical insights effectively to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning models and data science solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify meaningful business insights.
- Build predictive models, evaluate model performance, and improve model accuracy.
- Work end-to-end from problem definition and data analysis to model development and adoption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
- Present findings, model outputs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create effective visualizations to communicate insights; dashboard development is not mandatory.
- Work with large-scale data and cloud-based data science environments.




- Support productionization and scaling of ML solutions.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI/LLM concepts and contribute to future AI initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–7+ years of strong hands-on Machine Learning experience
- Strong expertise in Python
- Strong proficiency in R and SQL
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, model evaluation, and optimization
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cloud/data platforms such as:
- AWS – S3, Redshift, SageMaker
- GCP
- Databricks
- Snowflake
- Azure

- Experience with GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook/Lab
- Ability to create effective data visualizations using tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills

Positive to Have

- Media Optimization / Media Performance Analytics experience
- Experience working with marketing/media datasets
- Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs
- Experience with GenAI projects or applications
