Purpose of the Role

To supervise and monitor live table games on the gaming floor, ensuring dealers follow correct procedures, game integrity is maintained, and guest service and compliance standards are upheld across the pit.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise a bank of tables, overseeing dealers' adherence to dealing procedures and SOPs.
- Monitor games for accuracy in payouts, chip handling, and card/dice procedures.
- Verify cash/chip reconciliation at table open and close, and during float exchanges.
- Approve and authorize table fills and credits, coordinating with the Cash Desk/Cage.
- Identify and report irregularities, suspicious behavior, or potential fraud to the Pit Boss and Surveillance.
- Rotate and manage dealer breaks to ensure smooth, uninterrupted table operations.
- Address guest queries and disputes at the table, escalating to the Pit Boss where needed.
- Ensure dealers maintain guest service, grooming, and conduct standards at all times.
- Guide and mentor Trainee Dealers/Croupiers, providing on-floor coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming, AML, and state gaming regulations.
- Maintain accurate table records, incident reports, and shift documentation.

Eligibility / Qualifications





- Minimum Graduate; prior experience as a Dealer/Croupier required.
- Age as per applicable state gaming regulations
- Proven dealing proficiency across multiple games.
- Strong English/Hindi communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Solid numerical aptitude, keen observation, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and guest-handling ability.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), as casino operations are 24x7.
- Standing and moving across the gaming floor for extended periods.
- Work in a high-security, camera-monitored environment.

Progression

- Promotion typically from Dealer/Croupier based on performance, tenure, and skill assessment.
- Successful Dealer Inspectors may progress to Pit Boss / Pit Manager roles.
