You will work closely with customers, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps teams, architects, and internal leadership. While you are not expected to write production-level code, you should have sufficient technical knowledge to confidently participate in discussions involving React.js, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, third-party integrations, AWS, databases, deployments, authentication, and web/mobile application architecture.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Project Planning and Ownership

- Take complete ownership of assigned technology projects from requirement gathering and project initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.

- Understand customer objectives, business requirements, project scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.

- Create detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, ownership, risks, and resource requirements.

- Break large requirements and project goals into clear, manageable, and actionable tasks for relevant teams.

- Define project priorities and ensure teams understand what needs to be delivered, when it needs to be delivered, and why it is important.

- Track project progress regularly against agreed timelines and milestones.

- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality expectations, and acceptance criteria.

- Identify schedule delays, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints at an early stage and drive them toward resolution.

- Conduct regular project reviews and follow up proactively on pending actions.

- Manage changes in requirements or scope and clearly communicate the impact on timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables.

- Ensure projects remain organized, predictable, and transparent throughout the delivery lifecycle.

2. Customer and Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and other project stakeholders.

- Conduct customer calls, requirement gathering sessions, project review meetings, status meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions.

- Understand customer expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project.

- Communicate project progress, completed work, upcoming activities, risks, dependencies, and delays in a professional and transparent manner.

- Ask the right business and technical questions to clarify requirements before development begins.

- Manage customer expectations while balancing technical feasibility, project timelines, and business priorities.

- Ensure decisions, changes, feedback, and commitments discussed during meetings are properly documented and communicated.

- Build strong, professional, and trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Handle difficult conversations regarding risks, scope changes, delays, or dependencies with confidence and professionalism.

- Ensure customers and internal leadership always have clear visibility into project status.

3. Project Documentation and Reporting

Strong documentation is a critical part of this role. The successful candidate should be comfortable creating structured, clear, and professional project documents.

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

- Create requirement documents, scope documents, project plans, release plans, and implementation plans.

- Document meeting discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.

- Maintain project trackers and ensure tasks are regularly updated.

- Clearly document project assumptions, dependencies, risks, blockers, and change requests.

- Prepare regular project status reports for customers and internal leadership.

- Create professional dashboards showing project progress, milestones, timelines, pending tasks,



risks, and delivery status.

- Prepare charts, timelines, presentations, and reports for project reviews and management discussions.

- Ensure important decisions and requirement changes are documented to avoid confusion and misalignment.

- Improve documentation standards and create structured processes where required.

4. Technical Understanding and Coordination

This is a technical project management role. The candidate does not need to be a hands-on software developer, but should have enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams and customers.

You should be comfortable understanding and participating in discussions involving:

- React and React.js applications

- Node.js and backend services

- Python-based applications and services

- REST APIs and API integrations

- Third-party integrations and external systems

- AWS and basic cloud architecture concepts

- Databases and backend services

- Web and mobile application architecture at a high level

- Authentication and authorization concepts

- Development, QA, staging, and production environments

- Application deployments and release workflows

- Git and source code management concepts

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes

- System dependencies and integration workflows

Your technical knowledge should enable you to understand discussions, identify dependencies, ask relevant questions, communicate risks, and ensure customer requirements are correctly understood by technical teams.

The ability to understand the technology and ask the right questions is more important than writing production-level code.

5. Team Coordination and Delivery Management

- Coordinate closely with software developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps teams, architects, and other stakeholders.

- Translate customer and business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.

- Ensure technical teams understand project priorities, deadlines, dependencies, scope, and acceptance criteria.

- Follow up regularly on development, testing, integration, deployment, and release activities.

- Facilitate communication between customers, business teams, and technical teams.

- Ensure issues are discussed with the right people and resolved without unnecessary delays.

- Identify cross-team dependencies and ensure they are managed proactively.

- Support sprint planning, backlog discussions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies where applicable.

- Help teams remain focused on agreed priorities and delivery commitments.

- Escalate critical risks or blockers at the appropriate time with clear information and possible next steps.

- Drive accountability while maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.

6. Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management

- Identify potential risks before they become major delivery problems.

- Maintain visibility into technical, business, customer, resource, and timeline-related dependencies.

- Create action plans to reduce or manage project risks.

- Track blockers and ensure appropriate follow-ups until they are resolved.

- Assess the impact of requirement changes on project scope, timelines, and delivery.

- Clearly communicate risks and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

- Proactively escalate issues when required rather than waiting for project delays to become critical.

- Work with teams to identify practical solutions and alternative approaches.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

- 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or a similar role.

- Strong experience managing software development, web application, SaaS, or technology projects.

- Proven experience managing projects from requirements through delivery and closure.





- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Strong requirement gathering and requirement clarification skills.

- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.

- Experience preparing BRDs, requirement documents, meeting notes, project plans, status reports, and release plans.

- Good technical understanding of React.js, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, third-party integrations, AWS, and databases.

- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate effectively with developers, architects, and technical leads.

- Experience coordinating development, QA, design, and DevOps teams.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent follow-up skills and a robust ownership mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a remote or distributed working environment.

- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create professional customer-facing reports and dashboards.

- A technical background or previous experience working closely with software development teams.

- Experience working with release planning, production deployments, and post-release coordination.
