What You'll Do

Analytics & Reporting — Collect, clean, and analyse HR data across recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, performance, attrition, and workforce planning; build clear dashboards, reports, and MIS trackers in Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Recruitment & Workforce Analytics — Track hiring-funnel metrics (applications, shortlists, interview status, offers, joiners, turnaround time, source effectiveness, drop-offs) and surface trends in headcount, attrition, engagement, performance, and manpower needs.

Insights & Communication — Convert raw HR data into simple, clear insights and present them confidently to the HR team and business leaders to support better decisions.

AI-Assisted Workflows — Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to speed up data cleaning, report writing, formula creation, dashboard planning, and documentation — verifying outputs for accuracy.

HR Operations & Process Improvement — Support day-to-day HR operations (onboarding tracking, documentation,



HRMS updates, query tracking) and identify repetitive tasks to automate or simplify.

Data Quality & Responsible Use — Validate reports and AI outputs for accuracy and consistency, and handle employee/candidate data confidentially and ethically.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication — articulate, well-spoken, and clear, with the ability to present findings confidently (including on camera / over video calls).
- Strong presence and composure — polished, professional, and able to handle demanding stakeholder conversations calmly and diplomatically.
- Genuine interest in HR analytics and people data, with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, data cleaning).
- Familiarity with Power BI — or genuine eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable using AI tools — able to write clear prompts, verify outputs, and improve them through iteration.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn new HR tech, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech and MBA/PGDM
- Freshers or early-career candidates (0–1 year experience)

Preferred (a plus, not required)

- Power BI, Power Query, DAX, or dashboard creation; basic SQL, Python, or data-visualisation concepts.
- Exposure to HRMS, ATS, or payroll tools.
- Internships, academic, or personal projects in data analysis, dashboards, or HR analytics.
- Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, or the employee lifecycle.
