URGENT HIRING – ANM NURSE

POSITION

ANM Nurse – Sample Collection & Front Desk

QUALIFICATION

• ANM from a recognized institution

• Valid Nursing Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced ANM Nurse preferred

• Candidate must have positive hands-on experience in blood sample collection

• Front desk / reception handling experience will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect blood samples safely and efficiently through venipuncture

• Properly label, handle and prepare samples for laboratory processing

• Follow sample collection, storage and transportation protocols

• Maintain accurate patient and sample records

• Guide patients regarding sample collection and basic diagnostic procedures

• Manage reception/front desk activities

• Register patients and maintain basic patient details

• Handle incoming calls and coordinate appointments

• Coordinate with laboratory staff, technicians and doctors





• Assist patients with reports, billing-related coordination and general queries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sample collection and reception area

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information

• Follow infection-control and safety protocols

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent blood sample collection / phlebotomy skills

• Good patient-handling and communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to manage reception and front-desk responsibilities

• Polite, professional and patient-friendly approach

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
