*Experience:* 8-10 Years

*Salary:* Rs.45,000 - Rs.50,000

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

2. Proficiency in finalization of accounts, budgeting and MIS reporting.

3. Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.

4. Ability to manage project-wise accounting, billing and expense tracking.

5. Good understanding of vendor management and payment processing.

6. Strong reconciliation skills to verify client billing and consultant payments.

7. Positive communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, auditors and clients.

8.



Ability to handle multiple project accounts with accuracy and timelines.

*Software Skills:*

- Tally ERP / Tally Prime

- MS Office (Advanced Excel)

- Any ERP / Accounting Software

*Preferred Industry Background:*

- Architect Firms / Construction Contracting Companies / PMC Companies / Interior Design Firms

*Interview Process:*

- HR interview

- Technical interview with Finance Manager

- Final interview with Director

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
