*Required Skills & Competencies:*

1. Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement, including BBS.

2. Proficiency in rate analysis for tendering.

3. Good understanding of current material and labour market rates.

4. Ability to independently source and validate market information relevant to tenders.

5. Solid reconciliation skills to verify and substantiate client claims.

6. Good communication skills to explain rates, quantities and billing details clearly.

7. Ability to manage multiple project billing requirements with accuracy and timelines.

*Software Skills:*

- AutoCAD

- MS Office





- MS Project – for preparing basic tender schedules

*Preferred Industry Background:*

- Contracting companies operating on a BOQ-based model & Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies.

*Companies / Backgrounds to Avoid:*

- Property Development Companies

- Infrastructure Companies

*Interview Process:*

- HR interview

- Technical test - To cover quantity take-off, rate analysis, reconciliation and identification of errors in work done / BBS.

- Final interview with MD

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
