Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team at our Rohini, Delhi location. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per prescribed treatment plans.

- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by doctors.

- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and emergency situations.

- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.

- Follow infection control, hygiene, patient safety, and clinical protocols.

- Handle medical emergencies efficiently and provide appropriate nursing support.

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members for effective patient care.





- Educate and guide patients and their attendants regarding treatment and care instructions.

- Maintain clinical equipment, medicines, consumables, and other assigned inventories.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.

- Registration: Valid registration with the Delhi Nursing Council (DNC) is mandatory.

- Experience: Relevant clinical or hospital experience preferred.

- Preference: Candidates with experience in ICU / Critical Care / HDU will be preferred.

- Robust clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.

- Ability to handle emergency situations confidently.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per organizational requirements.

Salary: As per experience and organizational standards.
