Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health and lifestyle redesign.

We are building beyond a traditional food-delivery model, with a focus on personalized nutrition, 90-day transformation programs, measurable outcomes, customer engagement and technology-enabled wellness.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take ownership of the product design function at Kefilo and help design a straightforward, intuitive and scalable digital experience for our customers and internal teams.

The role will involve understanding customer problems, designing user journeys, building the app experience, creating design systems and working closely with the founder, developers, nutritionists and operations team to turn business and customer requirements into a strong product.

This is an equity-based founding team chance for someone who wants to take ownership of product design and help shape Kefilo's digital ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product design process from user research and problem definition to wireframes, prototypes and final UI.

- Design intuitive mobile and web experiences for customers, nutritionists, operations and internal teams.

- Design user journeys for meal subscriptions, personalized nutrition, transformation programs, assessments, progress tracking and customer engagement.

- Convert complex nutrition and wellness information into simple and easy-to-understand user experiences.

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to identify customer needs and product improvements.

- Create wireframes, user flows,



high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.

- Develop and maintain a consistent design system, component library and product design guidelines.

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with nutritionists, food scientists, marketing and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into product experiences.

- Design dashboards and internal tools for customer management, subscriptions, nutrition, kitchen operations and business analytics.

- Design data visualizations and progress-tracking interfaces that help customers understand their transformation journey.

- Continuously analyse user feedback, product behaviour and usability issues and improve the product accordingly.

- Explore how AI and personalization can be incorporated into the customer experience.

- Help establish the overall visual language, interaction principles and digital brand experience for Kefilo.

Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years of relevant experience in product design, UX/UI design or digital product development.

- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern product design tools.

- Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design and visual design.

- Experience designing mobile-first products and responsive web applications.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world digital products and end-to-end design processes.





- Ability to simplify complex information and create intuitive user experiences.

- Experience with consumer apps, D2C, health-tech, wellness, food-tech or subscription products is an advantage.

- Understanding of design systems and developer handoff.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in an early-stage startup.

- Interest in nutrition, wellness, technology, AI and consumer products is an advantage.

Important

This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.

The expected contribution is 20–25 hours per week on a remote, part-time basis. We are looking for someone genuinely interested in building long-term value and taking ownership of a core product function.

The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate expertise, execution, ownership and long-term alignment.

Equity will be structured based on contribution, responsibility and commitment, with a 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Fixed compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
