We are looking for a Transaction Manager with proven experience in theReal Estateindustry to be a part of our team You should be able to assist the clients with all the processes involved in real estate transactions You should be of assistance in gathering and submitting documents that aid in leasing renewal or termination of real estate properties Besides you should be able to review the financial standing of clients and suggest contract options accordingly Moreover your solid analytical and problemsolving skills will be helpful in resolving any financial issues faced by clients and landlords You will also be responsible for evaluating lease acquisition dates and extending or renewing lease agreements As a Transaction Manager you should hold a verified real estate license and an excellent sales record In addition to this you should also have good networking and persuasive skills Furthermore having complete knowledge of all the legal procedures and guidelines governing the real estate market is mandatory If you can develop excellent transaction plans and oversee real estate deals then do write to us We would love to have you onboard Responsibilities
