Contact Person 88 00 91 33 67 Renu Mam Job Summary The Store InCharge is responsible for managing daytoday store and warehouse oerations including inventory control material receiving storage issuance documentation and maintaining accurate stock records Key Responsibilities Manage daily store and warehouse activities efficiently Receive inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices Maintain proper storage identification and arrangement of all materials Issue materials to departments as per authorized requests Maintain accurate stock registers ERP system records and documentation Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements Ensure proper handling and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss Prepare daily weekly and monthly inventory reports Coordinate with Purchase Production Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements Maintain records of inward and outward materials Keep the store clean organized and compliant with company safety procedures Identify slowmoving excess damaged or obsolete stock and report it to management Supervise store helpers and allocate work as required Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and inventory procedures Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma ITI or equivalent qualification 5 years of experience in store warehouse or inventory management Good knowledge of inventory control and material handling Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software systems Positive communication organizational and recordkeeping skills Ability to manage stock accurately and work under deadlines Honest responsible and detailoriented Key Performance Indicators KPIs Inventory accuracy Timely material receiving and issuing Reduction in stock discrepancies and losses Proper documentation and record maintenance Stock availability and control of excess obsolete inventory Store cleanliness safety and organization Salary 22k 45k Per Month Location In Your State Accommodation Free Contact Person 88 00 91 33 67
