Position Field Coordinator We are looking for a dedicated and proactive candidate to support our CommunityBased Rehabilitation CBR Project in West Delhi Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys and identify beneficiaries in underserved communities Coordinate therapy schedules calls appointments and followups Manage calendars documentation and beneficiary records Assist with evaluations and maintain project data Coordinate with therapists and special educators to plan and implement activities Support community activities awareness programmes and health camps Assist with schoolbased activities during the first half of the day Ensure smooth coordination between the field team beneficiaries and families Eligibility 12th pass or pursuing graduation Positive communication skills especially Hindi Comfortable with fieldwork and community interaction Dedicated responsible and willing to work in underserved areas Male candidates preferred Prior experience in rehabilitation NGO community work will be an advantage
