Project Head Electrical Key Responsibilities Prepare plant layouts installation schedules manpower and resource plans Manage plant production and daily operational schedules to meet project customer requirements Monitor production plant parameters productivity fuel power consumption and operating costs Ensure quality control testing calibration and compliance with client OEM statutory requirements Monitor raw material consumption reconciliation wastage and production costing Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical electrical instrumentation PLC SCADA and utility systems Ensure availability and commissioning of DG EB power water supply loaders and other supporting utilities Manage manpower contractors training shift planning and overall plant discipline Ensure HSE statutory and environmental compliance and maintain a secure workplace Control inventory spares consumables and plant operating budgets Prepare and present MIS reports covering production cost maintenance quality safety and plant performance to senior management Drive plant efficiency cost reduction preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives If you are actively looking for a job change or searching for new opportunities then please share your updated resume
