Sr Quality Assurance Engineer Location Lothda Rajkot Gujarat Experience 4 to 8 Years Employment Type FullTime Department Quality Assurance Quality Control Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detailoriented Sr Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team at Lothda Rajkot The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality implementing quality standards identifying process improvements and maintaining compliance with customer and industry requirements Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards Conduct incoming inprocess and final product inspections Analyze quality issues identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Handle customer complaints and coordinate for effective resolution Prepare and maintain quality reports inspection reports NCRs and other quality documentation Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why Fishbone 8D etc Coordinate with Production Engineering Purchase and other departments to resolve qualityrelated issues Support internal and external quality audits Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards procedures and customer requirements Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction of rejection rework Guide and support junior quality engineers and inspectors Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or relevant field 48 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance Quality Control preferably in a manufacturing environment Robust knowledge of quality tools and problemsolving techniques Experience with CAPA 8D RCA FMEA Control Plan SPC MSA and related quality documentation Good knowledge of inspection and measurement techniques Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems Good analytical problemsolving and communication skills Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with crossfunctional teams Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation Preferred Candidate Experience in a manufacturing engineering industry Experience in handling customer and supplier quality issues will be an advantage Strong leadership and teammanagement capabilities Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and skills Opportunity to work in a growing organization Qualified growth and learning opportunities Collaborative work environment Job Location Lothda Rajkot Gujarat Apply Now hidden mobile hidden email
