Job Description Purchase Procurement Manager Department Purchase Procurement Industry Luxury Premium Hospitality Reporting To General Manager Director of Finance Location Hyderabad Employment Type FullTime Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Purchase Procurement Manager to manage the complete procurement function of a premium luxury hotel The ideal candidate should have robust experience in reputed 4star 5star hotels luxury resorts or international hotel chains with proven expertise in sourcing vendor management negotiation cost control inventory management and hotel purchasing procedures The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of highquality materials food beverage supplies housekeeping supplies engineering materials guest amenities operating equipment and general hotel requirements at competitive prices Key Responsibilities Purchase Procurement Handle the daytoday purchasing requirements of the hotel Purchase F B items housekeeping materials engineering items guest amenities stationery and other hotel supplies Collect quotations from vendors and compare prices quality and delivery terms Negotiate with suppliers to get best prices and payment terms Identify and maintain good relationships with reliable vendors Ensure all materials are purchased on time and as per hotel quality standards Coordinate with F B Kitchen Housekeeping Engineering Stores and Finance for their requirements Monitor stock levels and ensure there is no shortage or unnecessary overstocking Check purchase orders goods received notes and invoices for accuracy Conduct regular market surveys and price comparisons Monitor purchase costs and identify costsaving opportunities Maintain proper purchase records vendor documents and reports Ensure purchasing is done as per hotel policies and approval procedures Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation Review vendor performance and take corrective action when required Ensure ethical transparent and costeffective procurement at all times Work Location In person
