Junior HR Executive Recruitment HR Generalist Mohali 9 am 7 pm MondayFriday 5Day Work Week Salary up to 25 000 month About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR Executive to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone with handson experience in both recruitment and HR generalist functions along with a passion for employer branding The ideal candidate should be familiar with modern hiring trends AI tools social media hiring strategies and comfortable creating hiringrelated content videos for different platforms Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates Handle daytoday HR operations employee records attendance leave management and HR documentation Support employee engagement initiatives performance management and HR policy implementation Create engaging social media content posts reels videos employee stories to strengthen employer branding and attract quality talent Manage job postings across job portals and social media platforms while building a strong talent pipeline Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience Requirements Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field 02 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions Experience creating social media content for employer branding or recruitment campaigns Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using recruitment portals social media platforms and AIpowered tools for sourcing candidates employer branding and creating engaging recruitment content Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced and creative workplace Compensation 10 000 00 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time offWork Location In person
