About the job Job Title AM Lead FP A Location Mohali Gurugram Working Days 1 working Saturdays rest five days a week Website www dnagrowth com Shift Timing 3 pm to 12 am 4pm to 1am About us DNA Growth is a leading professional services firm that offers business planning and virtual CFO solutions to startup and midenterprise clientele in North America and the MENA region We combine people processes and tech to empower our clients growth and success About the role We are looking for a dynamic and resultdriven financial professional with strong experience in Financial Planning Analysis FP A along with exposure to Investment Banking IB Transaction Advisory Services TAS and Financial Due Diligence FDD The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fastpaced clientfacing setting handling multiple priorities while delivering highquality financial insights Key Responsibilities Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decisionmaking Analyze historical financial data perform variance analysis identify trends and recommend actionable improvements Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Lead and streamline the cost analysis process ensuring adherence to policies and controls Develop financial forecasts budgets and longterm planning models Conduct market research industry analysis and valuation benchmarking comps Support transactionrelated activities including Financial Due Diligence FDD Deal evaluation and analysis Investment memos and presentations Apply experience from IB TAS engagements to provide deeper insights into financial performance and deal dynamics Identify and drive process improvements automation and efficiency initiatives Develop dashboards reports and MIS using advanced Excel and BI tools Track operational and financial metrics and provide insights for business optimization Ensure quality review and mentorship of junior analysts work Required Skills Experience MBA in Finance Accounting Economics Statistics preferred Relevant experience in Investment Banking IB Transaction Advisory TAS or Financial Due Diligence FDD is mandatory Strong handson experience in Financial modeling Valuation DCF comps etc Financial analysis and forecasting Proven experience in a quantitative and analytical role Strong understanding of financial statements accounting principles and business drivers Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel mandatory Experience with tools like Power BI SQL financial databases good to have Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a highpressure clientdriven environment Selfstarter with strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities Ideal Candidate Profile Background in IB Big 4 TAS FDD Deal Advisory Ideal Candidate Profile Strong exposure to transactions Ideal Candidate Profile FP A combination Detailoriented with the ability to translate data into business insights
