We are looking for a senior targetdriven professional who can independently manage the sales pipeline and build strong client relationships remotely Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls emails and digital outreach campaigns Conduct product solution presentations and demos remotely to prospective clients Manage and progress the sales pipeline through CRM tools ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel to closure Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns with lead generation targets Negotiate pricing terms and close deals within defined approval frameworks Maintain accurate records of client interactions opportunities and deal status in the CRM Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position solutions Required Skills and Qualifications 10 years of overall experience in inside sales telesales or business development roles Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote phonebased sales environment Handson experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms Excellent negotiation persuasion and closing skills Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a targetdriven environment Bachelors degree in any discipline MBA is a plus
