Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver endtoend Salesforce consulting engagements including discovery requirement gathering solution design configuration development oversight testing golive and postimplementation support Conduct detailed business process analysis fitgap assessments and solution design workshops to map client CRM and business requirements to Salesforce platform capabilities Configure and customize Salesforce platform components including objects fields page layouts workflows process builder flows validation rules reports and dashboards as per client requirements Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation including solution design documents configuration workbooks data migration plans and functional specifications Act as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert and point of contact for client business stakeholders project managers and technical developers throughout the project lifecycle Lead and facilitate client workshops solution review sessions and executive presentations for senior business leaders and Csuite stakeholders Oversee Salesforce testing activities including unit testing integration testing regression testing and UAT to ensure solution quality and golive readiness Manage Salesforce data migration data cleansing and data mapping activities in coordination with technical teams and client data owners Plan and deliver enduser training administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption and selfsufficiency across client organizations Mentor and guide junior Salesforce consultants administrators and developers on platform best practices implementation methodology and client engagement standards
