Roles Responsibilities Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branch branches Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers Relationship Managers and other bank staff Meet bank customers and understand their financial and insurance requirements Explain suitable life insurance products perks premiums and policy features to customers Convert leads referrals provided by the bank into insurance policies Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Follow up with customers for pending documents medicals and policy issuance Conduct regular meetings with bank employees to generate more referrals Maintain proper customer records and update sales reports Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines Provide aftersales service and assist customers with policyrelated queries Participate in branchlevel sales activities and promotional campaigns Coordinate with the bank and internal Bajaj Life teams for smooth policy processing
