Role Description:

This is a full-time, in office Quality Engineer role based in Palghar. The Quality Engineer will monitor and improve product and process quality across transformer manufacturing and electrical steel processing operations. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests, analyzing quality data, identifying non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with production, design,



and supply chain teams to maintain adherence to ISO and internal quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Hamesha Kaizen. The Quality Engineer will also prepare and maintain quality documentation, support audits, and contribute to customer quality requirements and technical reviews.

Minimum Experience- Minimum 3-5 year (CRGO/ Transformer)

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and optimize quality systems and processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Product Quality to perform inspections, testing, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, manage audits, and maintain adherence to ISO and regulatory requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) and experience in manufacturing or power/transformer industry are beneficial.
Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of ISO quality systems, root cause analysis, problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone), data analysis, and strong communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a plant environment, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
