About the Role
Sankalp Youth Classes is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and articulate Female Educator to create high-quality educational content for our YouTube platform. This role is ideal for dedicated students, experienced teachers, or competitive exam aspirants who possess strong subject matter expertise and wish to build a personal brand while gaining hands-on digital teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Delivery: Record or stream two daily sessions (Shorts or 10 15 minute lectures) focusing on NCERT curricula and foundational General Studies topics.
Curriculum Coverage: Explain core concepts from NCERT textbooks (Classes 6th to 12th), solve textbook exercises, and conduct chapter-wise MCQ practice sessions.
Instructional Methods:



Deliver lessons utilizing slide presentations (PPTs), digital/handwritten PDFs, or an individual board setup (Whiteboard/Blackboard/Digital Board).
Student Engagement: Simplify complex academic topics into structured, transparent, and engaging learning modules.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of the NCERT syllabus (Classes 6th through 12th) or General Studies.
Camera Presence: Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in delivering video-based lectures.
Consistency: Highly disciplined approach toward daily content delivery and schedule adherence.
Eligibility: Open exclusively to Female Candidates.
