We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our core engineering team and help build and operate scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure systems supporting real-world financial markets.The role involves hands-on infrastructure engineering along with architectural ownership, project planning, infrastructure roadmaps, and driving improvements across reliability, security, automation, and operations.
Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure for new and existing products.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to architect solutions and translate requirements into reliable infrastructure.
- Contribute to infrastructure roadmaps, technical direction, and project planning, and drive initiatives from design through implementation.
- Design, operate, and improve AWS and Kubernetes/EKS infrastructure, including networking, security, scaling, and production operations.
- Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
- Build and improve monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Loki, and EFK.
- Ensure infrastructure meets required security,



audit, compliance, reliability, and operational standards.
- Design, maintain, and periodically test backup and disaster recovery systems, including annual DR exercises.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term improvements.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, systems architecture, and distributed systems.
- Robust hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Experience operating production Kubernetes workloads, including security, networking, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/EFK, and Alertmanager.
- Good understanding of HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, caching, and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with AWS security services such as GuardDuty, WAF, Shield, and Security Hub.
- Experience with databases/messaging systems such as MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka is desirable.
- Strong scripting/automation skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar.
- Experience with disaster recovery, failover, backups, and DR testing.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and drive infrastructure projects from design to execution.

Good to Have

- Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or other regulated environments.
- Understanding of SEBI/regulatory audit requirements.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes networking.
- Experience with open-source tooling and a strong inclination towards automation.
- Interest in financial markets and technology.
