Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.
2. Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.
3. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
4. Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.
5. Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
6. Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.
7. Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.
8. Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD, is preferred.
3. Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
4. Prior experience is preferred.

Language Requirements:
1. Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language.
2. Proficiency in Hindi/bengali /temgu/punjabi is preferable.
